software installed. Both are automated to alert you to problems so hopefully
you'll never have to call me again! You can also purchase the software to
gain additional features beyond the free stuff.
TOTAL DESKTOP COMPUTER CARE:
Windows & Mac. I handle all software and hardware problems plus new
computer setup and transfer of old data. If the problem is unfixable I'll
give options. I also fix peripheral issues with printing, scanning and backups.
And I've been fixing desktop PCs like this for twenty years! I've been under
more desks than White House intern Monica Lewinsky.
LAPTOP CARE:
Windows & Mac. I can fix all software and some hardware laptop repair
problems plus new computer setup and transfer of old data. I can replace
bad memory (RAM), hard disks plus some other internal organs. I cannot fix
any other physical damage like cracked screens (see below).
HOME NETWORKS/HOME ENTERTAINMENT:
Today even the average home has a large screen TV, wireless tablets, fancy
sound systems, Playstations, Xboxes, integrated phone service, high speed
internet and wireless networks. I hook all those things up into one big
integrated system.
DATA RECOVERY:
Windows files that have been accidentally deleted or hard drives that have
been damaged or virus infected CAN get their data back in many circumstances.
But reformatting a hard disk and putting Windows back creates a much more
difficult file recovery task (if possible at all). At best all the filenames
will be ruined. Solution: back up your data regularly!

NETWORKS: Wired/wireless
secure networks setup, repair and maintenance. Don't run a wireless net
without security!
SECURITY: Virus/spyware
removal and network security setup helps prevent future infection. Free

scans for threats and updates itself when idle.
TABLET COMPUTERS:
Setup of Ipads, Iphones, wireless networking, data transfer. But I don't
fix broken screens (see below).

TRAINING: MS Word,
Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, blog setup, computer
art and animation, web design, more.
My
focus is Customer Service. From being available at convenient
hours to free phone consults. That mean's taking my customer's point of
view, not the Cable Company's, not Microsoft's, not Apple's. These organization's
marketing departments have long since run amuck on their own customers.
I don't. 
Beware
of computer repair competitors in West Hollywood who promise low rates to
show up and then pile on expenses once they arrive. All my costs are up
front and outlined below. My prices are lower than Best Buy's "Geek Squad"
but I come to you. Plus you can be assured I won't snoop through your computer
looking to steal passwords, credit card numbers, pornography or other confidential
